Most digital cameras of this age and spec are not 3D compatible. The EOS 1000D is no exception to this as it too is not 3D compatible.

If you are looking for a camera that is 3D compatible then you might want to consider the Lumix DMC-GF2, or the Lumix DMC-GF5 both from Panasonic or the Sony SLT-A35 which also has a higher rating.

Does Not Have a GPS

The EOS 1000D does not have a GPS, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other cameras that were released more than two years ago also do not have a GPS.
