The V-lux 3 has a pretty standard digital zoom (4 times zoom factor) compared to most of the other MILC digital cameras that have been available for around the same time as the V-lux 3.

We compared all the other 4x digital zoom digital cameras to this camera and we think the Pentax Q10 (£181.00) which has better reviews is also worth considering.

If you would prefer a bigger digital zoom then you might want to look at the Alpha A5100 (£389.99) (8x), or the Alpha A5100L (£518.00) (8x) both from Sony which also has a higher rating.
