Some Samsung ES75 owners wrote that the Samsung ES75 was a bargain for the price. Five years ago Amardak 199 gave the product a score of 5 stars and said “It has been used a great deal Knowing the brand also that it does a great jobThanks”. Miss W Clarke mentioned in the same month “This is an almost perfect camera for the job! It's a total bargain for a 14 MegaPixal camera! Six years ago expert review site Pcworld.in mentioned “The new Samsung ES75 is an entry level compact digital camera that falls in the sub-Rs.10k category” but in spite of that they only gave it a score of 3 stars. Pcworld.in also mentioned “An “intelligent LCD” (as Samsung calls it), in a compact body”. Pcworld.in also wrote “The Samsung ES75 is an affordable compact camera that comes with slightly more than average set of features like a 14.2MP sensor”.

Some customers mentioned in their reviews that it had a good lens. Doodlebug mentioned “Because of the construction of the lens it very easily picks up fluff which you can't get out” in their Samsung ES75 review nonetheless they only scored it 3 stars. Does Not Support Full HD Video

Like most of the other similar spec digital cameras that have been on the market for around the same time as the ES75, the Samsung ES75 does not support Full HD video.

There are a number of alternative cameras which also support Full HD video which you might also want to look at including the Coolpix S9500, or the Coolpix S9400 both from Nikon or the Fujifilm FinePix X10 which also has a higher rating.

Quite Small Screen Size

With a screen size of only 2.7 inches, the Samsung ES75 has a fairly small screen size compared to most of the other compact camera digital cameras that have been on the market for around the same time as the ES75. Digital cameras that have been available for a similar time to the ES75 have screen sizes of between 1" and 4.8".

There are a number of other 2.7" screen cameras currently available which you might want to consider including the Samsung PL80 which has better reviews.

Not 3D Compatible

The Samsung ES75 is not 3D compatible. Most of the other compact camera digital cameras that came out around the same time as the ES75 are also not 3D compatible.
