Easy to Use
A few Hotpoint RZA36 owners who reviewed this freezer reckoned that it was easy to use. Markf said on Amazon “The drawers seem to use a lot of space” but even so they scored the product 3 stars. T.m.cannings-Bushell wrote on Amazon “Ease of use”.

Some customers said in their reviews that it was not noisy. Three years ago Neil B gave the product a score of 1 stars and he mentioned in his review of the Hotpoint RZA36 “Pretty noisy too”. S. Featherstone scored the product 60 out of 100 and wrote on Amazon two years ago “My only issue with it is that it is quite noisy and periodically makes strange groaning noises” in their review.

Running Costs Are Very High
Whilst this low net capacity freezer is rated A+ for energy efficiency, the RZA36 is one of the most expensive to run freezers of this age and spec that we have analysed for 24 year running costs. Based on average energy prices, we estimate the 24 year running cost of the RZA36 is £454.
Very Small Freezing Capacity

With a noise level of 44 decibels, the Hotpoint RZA36 has a fairly high noise level compared to most of the other similar spec freezers that have been around for a comparable time to the RZA36.

At 850 millimeters, the Hotpoint RZA36 has a pretty typical height compared to most of the other low net capacity freezers that have been available for more than a year.
