Three people said in their reviews that the Hotpoint RZA36P had good drawers.
Easy to Use
A number of customers who purchased it reckoned that it was easy to use. Markf mentioned in October last year “The drawers seem to use a lot of space” in their review of this freezer. T.m.cannings-Bushell wrote four years ago “Ease of use”.
One person who reviewed it wrote that it was a good size. This year Trudy Callaghan mentioned in her review of the Hotpoint RZA36P on Amazon “Very good size and very roomy for my items” and scored it 5 stars.
One Hotpoint RZA36P owner who bought it reckoned that it was easy to damage or scratch. Three years ago Neil B said “The drawers all broke very quickly” in his review of the Hotpoint RZA36P.

+3 More reasons for
One Hotpoint RZA36P owner who reviewed it considered that it was neat. Mickentity mentioned in their review of this freezer “Slightly greater volume, neat drawers” and gave it a score of 4 stars.
Hotpoint Has Good Freezer Reviews
Hotpoint is one of the superior freezer manufacturers according to average reviews from owners and experts, and Hotpoint also has good reviews for its low net capacity freezers.
3 Reasons Against
Unacceptable Noise Level
A few customers reckoned that it was not noisy. Neil B said on Amazon “Pretty noisy too”. S. Featherstone wrote on Amazon “My only issue with it is that it is quite noisy and periodically makes strange groaning noises”.
Very High Running Costs
This freezer is rated A+ for energy efficiency, however the RZA36P is one of the least economic to run freezers of this type and age that we have looked at for 24 year running costs. Based on average energy prices and usage levels, we estimate the 24 year running cost of the RZA36P is £454.
Quite High Noise Level
The noise levels of freezers of this age and spec range from 36dB to 49dB, and the average noise level is 41dB. When compared to other low net capacity freezers that were released one year ago that we have checked, the noise level of the Hotpoint RZA36P of 44 decibels is one of the highest.
We compared all the other 44dB noise level freezers to this freezer and we think because of it's better review score, the Hotpoint RZA36G (£229.90) is also worth considering.
Freezers with a higher noise level that might be worth considering include the Zanussi ZFX31401 (£186.42) (43dB), or the Hisense FV85D4BW1 (£234.69) (43dB) which is also higher rated.
3 Other reasons to consider the Hotpoint RZA36P
Released Over a Year Ago
Hotpoint released the RZA36P over a year ago.
The Hotpoint RZA36P has a fairly typical height (850 millimeters) compared to most of the other low net capacity freezers that have been available for around the same time as the RZA36P.
We compared all the other 850mm high freezers to this freezer and we think the AEG A51100TSW1 (£221.87), and the Zanussi ZFT11112 (£213.00) which has better reviews is also worth considering.
Freezers with a taller height that might be worth looking at include the Zanussi ZFT10210 (£170.00) (850mm).
Average Storage Time During Power Failure
The Hotpoint RZA36P has a pretty standard storage time during power failure (16 hours) compared to most of the other similar spec freezers that have been available for around the same time as the RZA36P.
If you want a freezer with a longer storage time during power failure then you might also want to consider the Amica GT 15449 W (£194.80) (30h), or the Zanussi ZFC1040 (£195.96) (30h) which also has a higher rating.
