The HP 15 has a better processor family than most many processor core laptops that have been on the market for around the same time as it. This notebook PC has an Intel Pentium processor family, whereas most many processor core laptops that are a comparable age to it have an Intel Core i7 processor family. The best processor family of all comparable spec portable PCs that have been on the market for more than a year is Intel Core i7-4xxx and the worst is Intel Celeron.
We compared this portable PC to all the other laptops that have an Intel Pentium processor family and we think the Aspire ES1 (£309.99), and the Aspire V3 both from Acer which is cheaper is also worth considering.
If the processor family of this portable PC is not good enough for you then you might also want to consider the Lenovo ThinkPad E555 (AMD A), the DELL Inspiron 15 3541 (AMD A), or the HP 15 (AMD A) which is also cheaper.
