The Lenovo Flex has an HDD storage medium which is better than the SSD storage medium found on most 2 in 1 laptops that have been around for more than two years. HDD is a traditional storage drive which stores the information on magnetic disks. HDD drives are slower than other forms of storage such as solid state drives (SSD) and flash drives.
This notebook PC's storage medium (HDD) is actually the worst storage medium amongst all notebook PCs of a similar age and spec to the Flex.
An SSD storage medium is the best storage medium across comparable types of notebook PC.
We compared this portable PC to all the other laptops that have an HDD storage media and we think the Lenovo FLEX 15 which is cheaper is also worth considering.
If the storage medium of this portable PC is too bad for you then you might also want to consider the Toshiba Satellite U920t (£679.54) (SSD), or the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 (£380.00) (SSD) which is also cheaper.
