Owner Reviews Are Poor

This LCD screen has an average owner rating of 58% based on 13 owner reviews. This Asus LCD screen in the bottom 19% of all the PC monitors of a similar type and age when ranked by user rating.

A Bit Expensive

A few people who reviewed it said that it was not cheap. Michael W. Sheeler mentioned on Amazon “That meant that after that period I am stuck with an overpriced monitor and a worthless stylus” in his review. Todd wrote “It is a wonderful alternative to the overpriced Wacom”.

Some Asus PT201 owners agreed that the Asus PT201 was not good value for money. Evey said on Amazon “I don't see it as good enough for that price- let alone 1k”. Len Cook wrote on Amazon last year “For units that is out of warranty the process is the same it's just the customer will pay for the repair charges plus shipping cost” and gave it a score of 40 out of 100.

One person who bought it wrote that it was not heavy and bulky. Michael W. Sheeler wrote in his Asus PT201 review on Amazon “I am heavy handed and will go through the two nibs that shipped with the device in a few months” and gave it a rating of 20 out of 100.

One Asus PT201 owner concluded that this PC monitor was not thick. Jeeper wrote on Amazon a few weeks ago “One thing I hear a lot from artists who work digitally with touch pens is they tend to loose their pens” but in spite of that they still gave this PC monitor a rating of 5 stars.
