Gareth Wilson - Falcata Times Blog mentioned in their review of this PC monitor on Amazon “Colours are bright, HD plays beautifully well upon it, connects wonderfully to my HP Pavilion PC” and scored it 5 stars.

Good Size

A few HP 27xw owners who reviewed it considered that it was thin. Dave C he wrote in his HP 27xw review “It's thoroughly contemporary in looks, with it's super slim panel and white edgings”. Dog Trainer (failed) said in their HP 27xw review on Amazon last year “Ultra slim and very 'sexy' looking” although they gave this PC monitor a rating of 3 stars. Tristan Martin gave it a score of 4 stars and he mentioned “It is very slim and the 27" display gives you great visibility, whether it is for watching films, gaming or editing images”.

Easy to Use

A few HP 27xw owners who reviewed the product agreed that it was easy to setup. One customer mentioned in their reviews that the product was easy to use the menus.

Good Support

A number of HP 27xw reviewers said in their reviews that it had good technical guidance. Last year Andy Edwards said on Amazon “The lack of anything more detailed means losing one star, because if you aren't too computer savvy, then you would probably appreciate a little more guidance” in his review of the HP 27xw. Reasonably Priced

A number of HP 27xw owners wrote that the product was good value for money. Dave C rated the product 80 out of 100 and he wrote on Amazon “So why only 4****? I guess mainly it loses a star as it's priced on Amazon a little too high for what you get”. Dave C also said “Even at the cheaper price point there are still a number of equally good competitors, so it's really about price/quality ratio”. Dave C also wrote “It's not quite stand out awesome enough to justify the price”.

LED Display Type

This LCD screen has an LED display type, which is the most commonly found display type on comparable spec flatpanel monitors that were launched around the same time as it.
