The HP W1907v has an LCD display type which is better than most similar spec PC screens that have been around for more than two years. Most small monitors that are a comparable age to it have an LED display type.

If you want a PC display with a better display type then you might want to consider the e966Swn (LED), or the A2072 (LED) both from AOC or the Fujitsu L20T-5 (LED) which also has a higher rating.
