To the reviewer complaining it only has VGA. That's not true. There's Displayport as well, which, with an inexpensive adapter will get you HDMI...

Inexpensive for what you get, has displayport. Great warranty
There is a proprietary power supply and proprietary power connector on system board. You cant just go to any store to purchase a power supply and install it. This is true for all Optiplex 3020
