Has a Built-In Speaker

The Epson EX5230 has a built-in speaker. Most of the other 10000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been around for a similar time to the EX5230 also have a built-in speaker.

We compared this projector to all the other data projectors with a built-in speaker and we think because of it's better review score, the Home Cinema 600, and the EX7235 both from Epson is also worth considering.

The Epson EX5230 supports a maximum resolution of 1440 x 1050. That's over four times the resolution of a 640 x 480 (VGA) projector, which is the most frequently found resolution supported by 10000:1 contrast ratio projectors that were released around the same time as the EX5230. 640 x 480 (VGA) is also supported by this Epson projector.
