Pcmag.com also mentioned “Better video quality than most data projectors”. Pc Mag mentioned “Excellent quality for data images” in their review of the Epson PowerLite 99W.

A number of people who reviewed this projector reckoned that it was lightweight. Expert website Pcmag.com mentioned “Below the Epson PowerLite 955W WXGA 3LCD Projector$899.00 at Epson, our Editors' Choice for lightweight” and gave the product a rating of 80 out of 100. Pcmag.com also said “The Epson PowerLite 99W WXGA 3LCD Projector is lightweight”.

One customer who reviewed this projector concluded that it did not have a good contrast ratio. Pc Mag mentioned in their review of this projector on PC Mag two years ago “A relatively high black level and a modest contrast ratio means this projector is not” although they rated this projector 4 stars.

Does Not Support 3D Image Projection

Most 10000:1 contrast ratio projectors that were launched around the same time as the PowerLite 99W do not support 3D image projection. The PowerLite 99W is no exception to this as it too does not support 3D image projection.

Does Not Support WiFi Connectivity

Like most of the other projectors of this type and age, the PowerLite 99W does not support WiFi connectivity.

We compared all the other projectors which also support WiFi connectivity to this multimedia projector and we think the Benq W1500[plb_1561671_price], or the Epson PowerLite 1222[plb_2225031_price] which is also higher rated is also worth considering.

Quite Loud Noise Level
