Supports 3D Image Projection
The Infocus IN124 supports 3D image projection, as do most of the other data projectors of a comparable age and type to the IN124.
Alternative projectors which also support 3D image projection that you might also want to look at include the X316 (£318.99), or the X302 (£409.51) both from Optoma or the Infocus IN122A (£300.42).
Has a Built-In Speaker
The Infocus IN124 has a built-in speaker, as do most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that came out around the same time as the IN124.
We compared this multimedia projector to all the other projectors with a built-in speaker and we think the D552, or the D556 both from Vivitek or the Infocus IN122A (£300.42) is also worth considering.
Three USB 2.0 Ports
Most comparable spec multimedia projectors that are a similar age to the IN124 have between one and three USB 2.0 ports, including the Infocus IN124 which has three USB 2.0 ports.
Supports One Image Format
The Infocus IN124 has a greater number of supported image formats than most 15000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as it. The most commonly supported image format is JPG, but this image format is not supported by this Infocus data projector. The image formats BMP|JPG are also supported by this data projector.

Does Not Support Full HD Projection
The Infocus IN124 does not support Full HD projection. Most of the other projectors of a comparable type and age to the IN124 also do not support Full HD projection.
We compared all the other projectors which also support Full HD projection to this data projector and we think the Viewsonic PJD5483S (£479.58) which is also cheaper is also worth considering.
Does Not Support WiFi Connectivity
The Infocus IN124 does not support WiFi connectivity. Most of the other similar spec projectors that have been available for a comparable time to the IN124 also do not support WiFi connectivity.
Only MP3 Supported Audio Format
This projector supported audio format, which is typical of many projectors that are a similar age to it.
