7 Reasons For

Supports 3D Image Projection

The DLA-X75R supports 3D image projection, unlike most of the other multimedia projectors that were released more than two years ago which do not support 3D image projection.

There are a number of different multimedia projectors which support 3D image projection which you might want to also look at including the Epson EH-TW9000 (£2,650.00), the Mitsubishi Electric HC9000D, or the JVC DLA-X95R which have a better Kagoo Rating™.

Supports Full HD Projection

Unlike most of the other projectors that are older than two years the DLA-X75R supports Full HD projection.

We compared this projector to all the other multimedia projectors which support Full HD projection and we think the Epson EH-TW9000 (£2,650.00) which have a better Kagoo Rating™ are also worth considering.

1080p (1920x1080) Native Projector Resolution

This projector has a native projector resolution of 1080p (1920x1080), which is the most commonly found native projector resolution on projectors of this type and age.

We compared this projector to all the other multimedia projectors that have a resolution of 1080p (1920x1080) and we think a higher scoring projector such as the Benq W7000+, the Panasonic PT-RZ470, and the Epson EH-TW9100 (£2,599.00) are also worth considering.

1920 X 1200 (WUXGA) Graphics Resolution

The highest resolution supported by the JVC DLA-X75R is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). That's over seven times the resolution of a 640 x 480 (VGA) multimedia projector, which is the most frequently found resolution supported by data projectors of a similar type and age to the DLA-X75R. 640 x 480 (VGA) is also supported by this multimedia projector. This projector also support graphics resolutions of 3840 x 2160, 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1280 x 768 (WXGA), 1440 x 900 (WXGA+) and 1680 x 1050 (WSXGA+) and 800 x 600 (SVGA).

This multimedia projector's resolution (1920 x 1200 (WUXGA)) is actually the best supported resolution amongst all projectors of a comparable spec and age to the DLA-X75R.

The worst supported resolution across similar types of multimedia projector is 640 x 480 (VGA).

We compared all the other projectors that support graphics resolutions of 3840 x 2160, 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1280 x 768 (WXGA), 1440 x 900 (WXGA+), 1680 x 1050 (WSXGA+), 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA), 640 x 480 (VGA) and 800 x 600 (SVGA) to this projector and we think a higher rated product such as the JVC DLA-X95R are also worth considering.

If the resolution of this multimedia projector is not high enough for you then you might want to also look at the Benq MX618ST (1600 x 1200 (UXGA and higher rated), 640 x 480 (VGA and higher rated) and higher rated), or the Infocus IN1144 (£410.35) (1280 x 800 (WXGA and higher rated), 1600 x 1200 (UXGA and higher rated) and higher rated).

Does Not Have a Built-In Speaker

The DLA-X75R does not have a built-in speaker, although this is within the context that most of the other data projectors of a similar type and age to the DLA-X75R also do not have a built-in speaker.

We think you might also be interested in different 1200 ANSI lumens brightness multimedia projectors including the DLA-X55R, or the DLA-X95R both from JVC which have a better Kagoo Rating™.

If this JVC data projector projector brightness is too dim for you then you might want to also look at the PTAE7000U (2000 ANSI lumens and higher rated), the PT-AE8000U (2400 ANSI lumens and higher rated), or the PT-LZ370U (3000 ANSI lumens and higher rated) all from Panasonic.
