Reasonably Priced

A number of people agreed that this projector was good value for money. Bp gave it a rating of 5 stars and wrote in their review of the Optoma S300 “Was of a reasonable price”. Bruno wrote two years ago “A good, economically priced projector” in his review of this projector and gave the product a score of 80 out of 100. Bruno also said “If it proves to be durable, at this price”.

One Optoma S300 reviewer who reviewed the product concluded that it was cheap. Mr. Cook Face Junior scored it 5 stars and mentioned in their review of the Optoma S300 three years ago “Great projector on a budget”. One Optoma S300 reviewer thought it was a bargain for the price. Easy to Use

A few people who bought the product considered that it was easy to use. Alan D.mounce said in his Optoma S300 review two years ago “It is simple to connect and easy to use” and rated the product 4 stars. Carlo said “Easy to use indeed! No need to learn what to do” in his Optoma S300 review. Fionafew mentioned on Amazon “It is really easy to use and set-up, used for first time last night (24 hours after delivery)” and gave it a rating of 80 out of 100.

Two customers who purchased it agreed that it was easy to setup. Ian-B said on Amazon “The picture is clear, sharp and it is easy to set up”. Mr G Mitchell said in his review of the Optoma S300 on Amazon “Nice and easy to set up” but in spite of that he gave it a rating of 3 stars.

We compared this projector to all the other projectors with a 3D image projection and we think the Infocus IN122A[plb_2194102_price], or the Optoma X316[plb_2280095_price] is also worth considering.

Poor Connectivity

One Optoma S300 owner said in their reviews that the product was not good in terms of HDMI connections. Lionelo mentioned two years ago “Just a pity it does not have HDMI connectivity.” in their Optoma S300 review.

Inferior Picture Quality

One Optoma S300 owner wrote that the product did not have clear images. Two years ago Stoke Cc wrote “Worked instantly with no hassle, giving a good clear image” in their review of this projector yet they scored this projector very highly.

Does Not Have a Built-In Speaker

Most of the other projectors of this spec and age have a built-in speaker, however the Optoma S300 does not have a built-in speaker.

Does Not Support Full HD Projection

Most 15000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been around for more than two years do not support Full HD projection. The Optoma S300 is no exception to this as it too does not support Full HD projection.
