At 5,200 ANSI lumens, the Sony VPL-CX275 has a quite bright projector brightness compared to most of the other comparable spec multimedia projectors that came out around the same time as the VPL-CX275.

Most similar spec data projectors that were launched more than two years ago do not support Full HD projection. The Sony VPL-CX275 is no exception to this as it too does not support Full HD projection.

We think you might also be interested in other data projectors which also support Full HD projection including the Epson 475Wi (£1,632.80), or the Hitachi CP-WX8255A which also has a higher rating.

Like most of the other 3000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been available for around the same time as the VPL-CX275, the Sony VPL-CX275 does not support WiFi connectivity.

We compared all the other projectors which also support WiFi connectivity to this projector and we think the NEC NP-UM330 which is also higher rated is also worth considering.
