Reasonably Priced

Some people thought the HP Slate 10 was good value for money. Alien937 said “This review is of the HP Slate 7 HD.**) The build quality of HP's Slate 7 HD is decent for the price, with a nice glossy display”. Alien937 also wrote “The 3G Internet access built into the price makes it both great value and more attractive than similar 7-inch tablets”. Amazon Customer rated this tablet 5 stars and wrote on Amazon “Great tablet for the price with free internet”.

Some people wrote in their reviews that it was a bargain for the price. Amazon Customer wrote on Amazon two years ago “Tablet is cheap” in their review of the HP Slate 10 but despite that they only rated it 20 out of 100. Arj wrote in their review of the HP Slate 10 on Amazon also two years ago “It's a bargain considering the access would cost £60 on 3 pay as you go”. Arj also wrote “It's an impressive bargain if you consider the device cost minus the estimated equivalent cost through a cheap payg option is £40”.

Some people who reviewed it agreed that it was cheap. Arj said on Amazon “The back plastic looks at feels rubbish - HP use a much better one for their budget laptops.” however despite that they only gave the product a score of 2 stars. Expert review site Alphr.com mentioned in their review of this tablet “With the added bonus of a low-cost 3G option” but despite that they gave the HP Slate 10 a rating of 3 stars.

Good Connectivity

Several people agreed that it was able to connect to the internet. Alien937 said in their review of the HP Slate 10 on Amazon “HP leads the way with built-in 3G Internet access”. Alien937 also mentioned “Once set up, DataPass works very well, giving you 2 years' worth of mobile Internet access - something that's highly unusual for a device of this price”. Arj mentioned in their HP Slate 10 review “For the price this is a good device with the big bonus of a little internet access” but despite that they gave this tablet a rating of 40 out of 100.

One customer who reviewed the product reckoned that it had network functionality. Two years ago Elainec mentioned in their HP Slate 10 review on Amazon “Network 3 do a reasonable set up of £15 per month for 10GB”. One customer said in their reviews that it was wifi compatible.
