SDXC compatible memory cards

The HDR-TD20VE supports an SDXC compatible memory cards which is better than the SD compatible memory cards supported by most camcorders of a similar age and type to it. In addition, this video camera support an MS PRO Duo and SDHC compatible memory cards. SDXC cards are SD cards but with a much higher capacity and faster processing speeds. They have a maximum capacity of 2TB (Terabytes).

This video camera's memory card type (SDXC) is actually the best supported memory card type amongst all video cameras that were launched around the same time as the HDR-TD20VE.
