This video camera has an average expert rating of 80% based on two expert reviews from sites including Techradar and computeractive.co.uk. If all the medium total megapixels camcorders that have been on the market for more than two years are ranked by average expert review score then this medium total megapixels camcorder is in the bottom 98%.

Easy to Use

A number of people who reviewed this camcorder thought it was easy to use. Franck M. Ortet wrote six years ago “Must buy if you are going on holidays! Easy to use and the battery last very long! Remember to buy a big memory card 16g at least!” in their review. Mr. Neil Jarrett mentioned in the same month “It seems easy enough to use” in his review of the Toshiba Camileo P20. Expert website Techradar.com said in their review “Fold-out screen, which make it feel natural to use” and gave it a score of 80 out of 100.

Reasonably Priced

Several Toshiba Camileo P20 owners who bought it considered that it was good value for money. Expert website Computeractive.co.uk wrote “Even so, we were impressed by the price of Toshiba's new Camileo P20 camcorder” and scored the Toshiba Camileo P20 80 out of 100. SDXC Compatible Memory Cards

The Camileo P20 supports a better memory card type than most camcorders that were released more than two years ago. This Toshiba camcorder supports an SDXC compatible memory cards, whereas most video cameras that were released more than two years ago support an SDHC compatible memory cards. In addition, this video camera supports an SD compatible memory cards. SDXC cards are SD cards but with a much higher capacity and faster processing speeds. They have a maximum capacity of 2TB (Terabytes).

An SDXC compatible memory cards is in fact the best supported memory card type across all camcorders of this age and type.

A MicroSD (Transflash) compatible memory cards is the worst supported memory card type across comparable types of camcorder.

SDHC cards are DS cards with a higher capacity of up to 32GB.
