Three people who reviewed it concluded that it had a good screen.

  • The screen is great…
  • Why not put that lovely knurled barrel to good use? ) A good Electronic View Finder to replace the abysmal optical viewfinder…
  • The optical viewfinder, never a strong point on the G series, is now nearly worthless because the lens barrel appears in the viewfinder on wide angle shots, hiding whatever lies beyond…
  • Also when the sun is shining the screen whilst very good does lose some of its appeal…
  • The comments about the view finder being useless are unfounded…
  • It is great for taking the odd candid shot where you do not want to be seen lighting the place up with the excellent screen…
  • It is far far superior to any other viewfinder digital camera…
  • The manual viewfinder is virtually worthless so you'll want to use the screen for nearly everything…

Customers Report Good Lens Quality

Five people who reviewed it considered that it had a good lens, four people who reviewed it reckoned that it had a good autofocus and three people mentioned that this digital camera had a good zoom.
