With a display diagonal of 3 inches, the D-Lux 6 has a quite large display diagonal compared to most of the other compact cameras that were launched more than two years ago. The display diagonals of comparable spec cameras that were released more than two years ago range from 1" to 4.8".

There are a number of alternative 3" screen digital cameras currently available that you might also want to consider including because of it's better review score, the Samsung ST72.

If you want a larger display diagonal then you might want to look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX77 (3.5"), or the Samsung Galaxy Camera EK-GC110 (4.8") which is also higher rated.
