This camera was given a "Best Buy" award by both review websites Expert Reviews and Howstuffworks.com, both of which wrote that this Nikon camera was good.

The editors of two more expert review sites both concluded that they would recommend this low megapixel digital camera. M3.idg.se and Alphr.com both gave this camera a "Recommended" award.

Two other expert review sites thought that this digital camera was good. The writer at website Laptopmag.com decided that this low megapixel digital camera was brilliant and gave it an "Editor's Choice" award and it received a "Gold" award from review website PC Advisor.co.uk.
