Allan Hawkins V mentioned in his review on Amazon “Excelent camera, excelent quality, excelent zoom and stabilization image, bright and clear colors, super wide angle.”. Todd Evans said “Only images at the full wide end of the zoom range (24mm equivalent) are even close to being acceptable” however despite that he gave the Panasonic Lumix DMC-SZ8 a rating of 2 stars. William said on Amazon “Bland no matter what subject you are taking a picture of and no matter what setting you use” but he only scored it 20 out of 100.
