Four customers who purchased it agreed that it was good in low light. Newegg.com said “Does well in low light situation”. Expert website Pdnonline.com said “A 16.3-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, improved low-light shooting and faster continuous shooting than its previous mo”. P. Srinivasan wrote “Low-light AF is superb”.
Three owners who reviewed it agreed that it had a good picture resolution. Five years ago Pc Mag wrote “Fast 6.2fps shooting”. Del 58 gave it a score of the highest possible rating of 5 stars and mentioned “Offers a far better resolution, making it easier to read, especially in bright light”. Del 58 also said “The K5 II is capable of shooting video in full 1080p or 720p, with the abilty to switch frame speed betwen 25-30 fps in 720p mode” in their review.
