At 3 inches, the Sigma DP3 Merrill has a pretty typical display diagonal compared to most of the other high megapixel cameras that are a comparable age to this digital camera.

Alternative 3" screen cameras currently available which you might want to look at include the EOS 7D (£579.99), or the EOS 5D Mark II both from Canon which and both of have better reviews.
