At 3 inches, the Sony NEX-F3D has a fairly large display diagonal compared to most of the other medium megapixel cameras that have been around for more than two years. Across all the similar spec digital cameras that have been available for a comparable time to this camera the display diagonals range from 2" to 4.8", and the average display diagonal is 2.9".
We think you might also be interested in some of the other 3" screen digital cameras currently available including because of its better review score, the Sony HX100V.
If this camera display diagonal is too small for you then you might want to consider the Nikon D4S (£3,379.99) (3.2") which also has a higher rating.
