Some HP 250 owners mentioned in their reviews that this laptop was a bargain for the price. David said in his review of this laptop “It feels more sturdy than most other cheap IPS monitors and the stand doesn't wobble” and rated it as very good. David also mentioned “Recommended for anyone looking for a fairly cheap”.
