The laptop is beautiful, responsive, and robust. I purchased it for my wife to replace her aging MacBook Pro, and although she liked her Mac very much, this laptop has made her reconsider her loyaltie

Windows 8.1 does take some adjustment coming from a Mac or Wi 7 environment
-I can't help but feel the laptop could be just a bit lighter. It's not "heavy, " but I can see how carrying it around all day (class, commuting, etc could wear you down
