I experienced some issues with syncing (not pairing) the data. It loaded a few steps and then stopped updating. I reset the device and app a couple times and it started working perfectly after that
The watch band came loose during work and I lost it. I tried to use the "find device" feature but it was unresponsive. Maybe I was never close enough to the tracker to use the find device feature but

Apricorn EZ Gig IV cloning software is free, but only single use, so if something goes wrong or drive has to be re-cloned, you are out of luck. I wound up cloning with Acronis
The 'kill switch', which is supposed to activate when the handle is pulled up, has failed in my unit. Obviously, it has failed 'shorted', as the oven still works, regardless of handle position. Cheapl
