I experienced some issues with syncing (not pairing) the data. It loaded a few steps and then stopped updating. I reset the device and app a couple times and it started working perfectly after that
The watch band came loose during work and I lost it. I tried to use the "find device" feature but it was unresponsive. Maybe I was never close enough to the tracker to use the find device feature but
