A number of Lenovo Z500 owners said in their reviews that it was thin. Expert website Notebookcheck.net said “Beside the capable energy-saving hardware, there is also the slim case of three centimeters”. Expertreviews.co.uk wrote on expert review site Expert Reviews “It’s surprisingly slim for a general-purpose laptop, being 25mm thick” in their Lenovo Z500 review however they only gave the product a score of 3 stars. Expert review site Techmagnifier.com said “Impressively built with slim profile, Z500 offers a good touch display along with capabilities to handle most of the high end video games” and gave it a rating of 4 stars.

Reasonably Priced

One Lenovo Z500 reviewer said in their reviews that it was a bargain for the price. Techradar.com said on Techradar four years ago “They tend to cost a good deal more than this, especially if you want real performance”.
