Some Toshiba Chromebook CB30 owners who reviewed it thought it was easy to use. Notebookcheck.net wrote three years ago “If you are ready to use your Google account instead of local storage, Windows software” in their review of this laptop and scored it 4 stars. Ausdroid.net wrote in the same month “It's an admirable first effort, overall it's responsive, nice to use and fairly light meaning it doesn't weigh heavily on your lap when you're using it” in their review.

Some people thought this laptop was comfortable and easy to hold. Expert website Cnet.com gave it a score of 4 stars and wrote “Home/office use and feels comfortable to type on.”. Expert website Goodgearguide.com.au scored it 4 stars and wrote “It's also a comfortable Chromebook to use” in their review of this laptop.
