We think this medium monitor looks expensive compared to other flatpanel monitors of a similar age and spec. The cheapeast flatpanel monitor of a similar spec and age that we found costs £50 and the most expensive costs £3,769.

This PC display is one of the most highly awarded by experts in flatpanel monitors of all the medium monitors that were released more than a year ago.

This medium monitor was given a "Recommended" award by review websites SweClockers.com, 3dnews.ru, Itwriter.ru and Cnews.cz all of whom thought that this PC display was good.

This PC display received an "Editor's Choice" award from websites Tomshardware.co.uk, Tomshardware.com and Chip.com.my all of whom said that this LCD screen was exceptional.

Three more expert review sites thought that this flatpanel monitor was good. This PC screen received a HEXUS.net "Innovation" award and the author at review website Hardwareluxx.ru conluded that they would highly recommend it and gave it an "Excellent Hardware" award. This LCD screen also received an "Original Design" award from review website Ixbt.com who concluded it was carefully designed.

Good Technical Features

Six customers considered that the product had good features. Stan Ogden said in April last year “Great picture love the features” and rated the product the highest possible rating of 5 stars. An anonymous reviewer said “I really feel like I have an elite gaming monitor rather than the simple 1080p, no bells and whistles, that I had before this”. Not Easy to Use

Sixteen customers who bought the product agreed that it was not easy to use. Amazon.co.uk said “Very bad QC, colour control could be done better by a colourblind” although they scored it a maximum of 5 stars. Shane Craven wrote “Amazing Monitor, ruined by poor Quality Control” in his review of the Asus PG279Q.
