Its big enough to play games and watch movies on. Has a excellent display and has a button to switch between DVI and HDMI
I got the monitor as an upgrade from another Asus because I wanted a larger screen and because the other one had developed a dead pixel. To these ends, the new one works well

Good sized monitor for the price with a nice refresh rate. Don't expect to get great colors even after messing with the settings. Would probably be fine for office use but that's about it...

27in, 1080p, 1ms and that is where they end
Big screen, nice color, excellent blacks; resolution and 1ms respons rate for fast action are both very good
The image is crisp and the colors are vibrant. Being a 1ms panel makes this a good gaming screen for me despite having cards that can exceed the 60fps this is limited to
Great size, great picture. Not too bright. Not too dark
Can't live with out it, this is beast when it comes to monitors and when you get a 1ms response it makes it even better. all and all GET THIS MONITOR
First thing I noticed was how short the power cable was, 3ft maximum, this was really annoying, but the same can be said about the DVI cable as well. Next problem was the colors were completely washed

Setup, would not let me pull up the menu, it was set to VGA. My video card does not have a VGA out, after trying different ways to get to the menu I went to my old PC parts box and found a DVI to VGA
