Reasons For

Acer XG270HU Asus MG279Q Benq XL2730Z
5 Reasons For
Three Times Faster Response Time
The Acer XG270HU is a 1ms response time PC monitor, and so does the Benq XL2730Z. That's 3ms faster than the Asus MG279Q (4ms).

The response time on a PC monitor is a measure of how quickly the monitor reacts to image data sent by the computer's graphics card. Fast response times are particularly important for gamers, who should ideally look for a response time of 8 milliseconds or less.

A faster (shorter) response time is better because fast moving graphics will appear smoother and the gaming experience will feel more responsive.

Key Features

Response Time

The response time on a PC monitor is a measure of how quickly the monitor reacts to image data sent by the computer's graphics card. Fast response times are particularly important for gamers, who should ideally look for a response time of 8 milliseconds or less.

A faster (shorter) response time is better because fast moving graphics will appear smoother and the gaming experience will feel more responsive.

Vertical Viewing Angle

The vertical viewing angle dictates the maximum angle at which the monitor can be properly viewed.

A larger viewing angle means that the screen can be watched from many different parts of a room successfully. Conversely, a very small viewing angle means you would effectively have to sit directly in front of the monitor to be able to view the screen successfully.

Horizontal Viewing Angle

The horizontal viewing angle dictates the maximum angle at which the monitor can be properly viewed.

A larger viewing angle means that the monitor can be watched from many different parts of a room successfully. Conversely, a very small viewing angle means you would effectively have to sit directly in front of the monitor to be able to view the screen successfully.
