Expert Reviews Are Poor

Based on three expert reviews from sites including Photo Answers.co.uk, 01net.com and pcmweb.nl the average expert rating of this flatpanel monitor is 53 out of 100. That puts this LCD screen in the bottom 1% of all the LCD screens of this age and type.

The HP x23 does not have a built-in speaker(s), although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other comparable spec flatpanel monitors that came out more than two years ago also do not have a built-in speaker(s).

We compared all the other PC monitors which also have a built-in speaker(s) to this PC screen and we think the AOC e2260Swhu, the Acer CB280HK (£299.97), or the Philips 221TE5LB/00 which also has a higher rating is also worth considering.
