Iiyama PC Displays Have Good Reviews

Iiyama is one of the better rated PC screen manufacturers according to average expert and user reviews, and iiyama also has good reviews for its medium monitors.

Robust

A number of customers mentioned in their reviews that it was strong and durable. Reevaldo wrote on Amazon two years ago “Still, as a result I fitted the rest of my office out with the USB version which has a sturdy stand with a rotatable base, rotates the screen” in their iiyama X2485WS review.

Reasonably Priced

A few customers wrote in their reviews that the iiyama X2485WS was a bargain for the price. Reevaldo wrote two years ago “A couple of cheap injection molded components providing tilt adjustment only” in their iiyama X2485WS review and gave this PC monitor a score of 80 out of 100. Reevaldo also mentioned “Suffers from the same cheap stand”. Stacs01 said in their review on Amazon in January last year “Cheap and nasty” but they only scored the product 2 stars.

Easy to Use

One iiyama X2485WS owner thought the product was easy to use. Four years ago Carrot Cruncher wrote “Colour control appears excellent so far” in their iiyama X2485WS review.

One person considered that it was good quality. Reevaldo gave this PC monitor a score of 80 out of 100 and wrote on Amazon “The reason this is not 5 stars is due to the poor quality of the stand” in their iiyama X2485WS review.

Poor Sound Quality

One person who reviewed it mentioned that it did not have good sound quality. Alan, Bracknell said three years ago “The only downside is that the sound quality is poor” in their review of this PC monitor.

Not 3D

The X2485WS is not 3D. Most of the other PC monitors of this type and age are also not 3D.

PC displays which are 3D that might also be worth looking at include the AOC d2757Ph[plb_1515695_price] which also has a higher rating.

Does Not Have a Built-In Camera

Most PC monitors of this spec and age do not have a built-in camera. The X2485WS is no exception to this as it too does not have a built-in camera.

Does Not Have a Card Reader Integrated

Most medium monitors that have been available for around the same time as the X2485WS do not have a card reader integrated. The X2485WS is no exception to this as it too does not have a card reader integrated.

We compared all the other LCD screens which also have a card reader integrated to this LCD screen and we think the U3011[pl_1534149_price], the UP2414Q[pl_2251567_price], or the UP3214Q[pl_2251540_price] all from DELL which is also higher rated is also worth considering.

Quite Low RMS Rated Power

PC screens of a similar age and spec to the X2485WS have RMS rated powers of between 0.5W and 49W, and the average RMS rated power is 5.5W. At only 1.5 Watts, the X2485WS has a fairly low RMS rated power compared to most of the other medium monitors that have been on the market for around the same time as the X2485WS.

If the display type of this LCD screen is not good enough for you then you might also want to consider the AOC e2250Swdnk[plb_1364842_price] (LED and higher rated).
