This medium monitor received a "Silver" award from Adrenaline.uol.com.br and the writer at Digitallife.se conluded that they would recommend it and gave it a "Recommended" award. Not 3D Compatible

The Philips 242G5 is not 3D compatible, although keep in mind that most of the other medium monitors that were released around the same time as the 242G5 are also not 3D compatible.
