The Acer H5370 has a fairly dim projector brightness (only 2,500 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other comparable spec multimedia projectors that came out around the same time as this projector. Across all the similar spec projectors that were launched around the same time as this data projector the projector brightnesses range from 800 ANSI lumens to 4,200 ANSI lumens.

Other 2,500 ANSI lumens brightness multimedia projectors currently available which you might want to look at include the Benq MX850UST which has better reviews.

Data projectors with a brighter projector brightness that might also be worth considering include the Optoma W290 (2,800 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.
