Poor Design

One owner considered that this projector was not good looking. Turt wrote on Bhphotovideo.com “The vertical lens shift is pretty limited and there is no horizontal lens shift so measure carefully if you're mounting to the ceiling” in their review of this projector.

Easy to Use

One person who bought the product considered that it was easy to setup. Kmf scored it the highest possible rating of 5 stars and said on Bhphotovideo.com “Great picture, easy to set up”.

It's Relatively Affordable for This Level of Quality

Three people said in their reviews that the Benq HT2050 was good quality. Cnet.com wrote “The BenQ H 2050 has excellent overall image quality with best-in-class black levels”. Rocky scored the product the highest possible rating of 5 stars and he mentioned “Awesome quality picture for the price”.

Good Picture Quality

Three customers said in their reviews that the Benq HT2050 had good picture quality. This month Cnet.com said on expert review site CNET.com “Most projector buyers can appreciate the difference in image quality between ultracheap units like the $150 iRulu BL20”. Sheky mentioned in their review of this projector on Bestbuy.com two years ago “The main features we buy the projector is the image quality with contrast and how feasible on spending” and gave it a rating of 80 out of 100.

Two people said in their reviews that it had good colour saturation. Cwells32 wrote in their review of this projector on Bestbuy.com “True colors and very, very crisp picture”. Sheky gave this projector a score of 4 stars out of 5 and said “Epson 2045 has an edge in colours 4”.

Cnet.com also mentioned “If you have a bit extra in your projector budget and can appreciate its excellent image” in their review. Cnet.com also wrote “The BenQ HT2050 is the best choice at this price level” in their review.

There are a number of alternative 2,200 ANSI lumens brightness data projectors currently available which you might want to look at including the Benq W1110 (£599.99) which has better reviews.
