The Benq MW824 supports a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 (UXGA). That's over six times the resolution of the most frequently found supported graphics resolutions of 640 x 480 (VGA) (which is also supported by this data projector). Across all comparable spec projectors that have been on the market for more than two years the best resolution is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) and the worst is 640 x 480 (VGA).

Quite Bright Projector Brightness

With a projector brightness of 3,200 ANSI lumens, the Benq MW824 has a fairly bright projector brightness compared to most of the other 13000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors that have been around for a comparable time to the MW824. The average projector brightness of comparable spec projectors that were released more than two years ago is 3,000 ANSI lumens, and the projector brightnesss range from 800 ANSI lumens to 4,200 ANSI lumens.

Does Not Support Full HD

Most projectors of a comparable type and age to the MW824 do not support full HD. The Benq MW824 is no exception to this as it too does not support full HD.

We compared all the other multimedia projectors which also support full HD to this projector and we think the Benq MS512, or the Acer S1283Hne is also worth considering.

Does Not Support Wi-Fi

The Benq MW824 does not support wi-Fi, although keep in mind that most of the other comparable spec projectors that have been on the market for more than two years also do not support wi-Fi.

Other projectors which also support wi-Fi that you might also want to consider include the Benq MW817ST which also has a higher rating.
