It may also be worth considering one of the other projectors with a built-in speaker(s) currently available including the Benq MX842 (£573.44), or the Optoma ML800 (£549.00) which has better reviews; or the Acer S1383 which is cheaper.

Quite Bright Projector Brightness

With a projector brightness of 3,200 ANSI lumens, the Benq MW824 has a quite bright projector brightness compared to most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that are a comparable age to this multimedia projector. 13000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as this projector have projector brightnesses of between 800 ANSI lumens and 4,200 ANSI lumens.

It may also be worth considering one of the other 3,200 ANSI lumens brightness data projectors currently available including the Acer S1383 which is cheaper.

If you are looking for a projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might also want to consider the Benq MW724 (£668.19) (3,700 ANSI lumens) which is also higher rated.

The Benq MW824 has a maximum resolution of WXGA (1280x800). That's 30% more resolution than a XGA (1024x768) multimedia projector, which is the most frequently found resolution. The resolution of all 13000:1 contrast ratio projectors that were launched around the same time as this multimedia projector ranges from SVGA (800x600) (worst) to 1080p (1920x1080) (best).
