Quite Loud Noise Level

The Epson D6155W has one of the louder noise levels (39 decibels) amongst 2000:1 contrast ratio projectors of this age. The quietest noise level of similar spec data projectors that have been available for around the same time as the D6155W is 28dB and the loudest is 42dB.

We compared all the other 39dB noise level multimedia projectors to this projector and we think the Epson PowerLite 935W which has better reviews is also worth considering.

If you are not worried about having a louder noise level then you might want to look at the Sony VPLFH36/W (£3,690.52) (40dB) which also has a higher rating.
