The Home Cinema 3000 supports full HD, which is unusual. Most of the other similar spec data projectors that are a comparable age to the Home Cinema 3000 do not support full HD.

We compared this projector to all the other projectors with a full HD and we think the Optoma S316[plb_2280092_price] is also worth considering.

The Epson Home Cinema 3000 projector lacks an audio system, which is more common for home theater than home entertainment projectors, but it delivers a high-quality image that can stand up to...

Vertical and horizontal lens shift
1.6x zoom
1080p resolution
Accepts 3D signals from video devices like Blu-ray players and cable TV
Minor image-quality issues on particularly demanding scenes
Long lag time
No speakers
No audio-out port
