The Powerlite S18+ does not support wi-Fi, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other projectors of this age and type also do not support wi-Fi.

The highest resolution of the Epson Powerlite S18+ is SVGA (800x600). That's 53% less resolution than a WXGA (1280x800) projector, which is the most frequently found resolution.

A SVGA (800x600) projector native resolution is in fact the worst resolution amongst all 10000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as the Powerlite S18+.

Amongst similar types of data projector the best resolution is WUXGA (1920x1200).

The Powerlite S18+ has a relatively standard projector brightness (3,000 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other multimedia projectors that were launched more than two years ago.

Other 3,000 ANSI lumens brightness multimedia projectors currently available which you might want to look at include because of it's better review score, the EB-W18, or the EB-955W (£587.78) both from Epson.

If you want a projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Acer U5313 (£956.10) (3,100 ANSI lumens).
