Supports Full HD

Unlike most of the other 10000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been available for the last year which do not support full HD, the CP-AX3005 supports full HD.

We compared this projector to all the other multimedia projectors which support full HD and we think the Benq MH530[plb_3334650_price] which has better reviews is also worth considering.

Very Light

The CP-AX3005 is one of the lighter comparable spec multimedia projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as the CP-AX3005 (only 4.3 kilograms) amongst comparable spec multimedia projectors of this age. Across all the similar spec projectors that came out around the same time as the CP-AX3005 the weights range from 360g to 28kg.

The highest resolution of the CP-AX3005 is XGA (1024x768). That's 23% less resolution than the most common projector native resolution of WXGA (1280x800).

An XGA (1024x768) projector native resolution is actually the worst resolution amongst all data projectors that came out in the last 12 months.

The best resolution amongst comparable types of projector is WUXGA (1920x1200).

Quite Dim Projector Brightness

At only 3,300 ANSI lumens, the CP-AX3005 has a fairly dim projector brightness compared to most of the other recently released comparable spec projectors. 10000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been on the market for a similar time to the CP-AX3005 have projector brightnesss of between 450 ANSI lumens and 10,000 ANSI lumens.

If you would prefer a projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might also want to consider the MX854UST[pl_3878386_price] (3,500 ANSI lumens), or the MH750[pl_3996044_price] (4,500 ANSI lumens) both from Benq or the Optoma EH490[plb_3806984_price] (4,600 ANSI lumens).
