Across all the 2100:1 contrast ratio data projectors that have been available for a comparable time to the NP-PX800 the projector brightnesss range from 2,000 ANSI lumens to 8,000 ANSI lumens, and the average projector brightness is 5,700 ANSI lumens. The NEC NP-PX800 has a fairly bright projector brightness (8,000 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other similar spec projectors that were released more than two years ago.

1920 X 1200 (WUXGA) Supported Graphics Resolutions

The NP-PX800 supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). That's over seven times the resolution of the most frequently found supported graphics resolutions of 640 x 480 (VGA) (which is also supported by this NEC data projector). This projector also support supported graphics resolutionss of 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1400 x 1050 (SXGA+) and 1600 x 1200 (UXGA) and 800 x 600 (SVGA).

A 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) supported graphics resolutions is in fact the best supported resolution amongst all multimedia projectors of a comparable age and spec to the NP-PX800.

Does Not Support 3D

The NP-PX800 does not support 3D, although keep in mind that most of the other 2100:1 contrast ratio data projectors that have been on the market for a similar time to the NP-PX800 also do not support 3D.
