The Optoma DH1012 has a maximum resolution of 1080p (1920x1080). That's over two times the resolution of the most frequently found projector native resolution of XGA (1024x768). New multimedia projectors projector native resolutions range from WVGA (854x480) to DCI 4K (4096 x 2160).

1920 X 1200 (WUXGA) Supported Graphics Resolutions

The highest resolution supported by the Optoma DH1012 is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). That's over seven times the resolution of the most common supported graphics resolutions of 640 x 480 (VGA) (which is also supported by this projector). In addition, this multimedia projector support supported graphics resolutionss of 800 x 600 (SVGA), 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1280 x 768 (WXGA), 1280 x 800 (WXGA), 1360 x 768 (WXGA), 1400 x 1050 (SXGA+) and 1440 x 900 (WXGA+) and 1600 x 1200 (UXGA).

A 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) supported graphics resolutions is in fact the best supported resolution amongst all projectors that are a similar age to the DH1012.
