The Optoma W504 supports full HD. Most of the other comparable spec projectors that came out around the same time as this multimedia projector also support full HD.

It may also be worth considering one of the alternative data projectors which support full HD currently available including the W1110s (£599.00), or the HT2050 both from Benq or the Epson 1284 which has better reviews.
