The VPL-VW1000ES supports a maximum resolution of 4096 x 2160. That's over four times the resolution of the most common supported graphics resolutions of 1600 x 1200 (UXGA). This projector also supports a supported graphics resolutions of 3840 x 2160.

A 4096 x 2160 supported graphics resolutions is actually the best supported resolution across all multimedia projectors that have been around for a comparable time to the VPL-VW1000ES.
